Ainsley Anderson (Mineral Point)

You Have No Idea

Ainsley earned her B.A. in Theatre & Drama with an emphasis in Directing from the UW-Madison.   For Alley Stage, Ainsley has directed numerous shows including I See Her Everywhere, Love Bites, Faux Poe, and Love Bites II.   Favorite past roles include The Woman in The Blue Room and Jelena in Uncle Vanya

 

This will be Ainsley's first time performing on the Alley Stage.

Joe Bianco

A recent graduate of Millikin University's BFA acting program, Joe is very excited to start his post college life.  Having been highly involved with university productions, Joe would like to thank everyone at the Alley Stage for picking him up right after college and putting him to work. Joe would like to thank his parents Roger and Laura for teaching him passion, ambition and for their never ending support.

Coleman (Mineral Point)

Love Bites II, A Christmas Carol

Coleman studied theatre at Cornell University, where he performed two seasons with the Cornell Summer Repertory.  Regionally he has worked with the Madison Theatre Guild, Madison Children's Theatre, the Heartland Festival, and Alley Stage.  This spring he will appear in the Children's Theatre of Madison production of Narnia. 

 

In December Coleman will reprise his one-man version of Dickens' A Christmas Carol at the Mineral Point Opera House..  

 

Deb Baxter (Fennimore)

You Have No Idea

Deb grew up in Prairie du Chien getting her first taste of performing with the high school forensic team and as a tour guide for the Villa Louis.  Locally, she has performed with the Fennimore Community Players, Shake Rag Players and Alley Stage.  After 17 productions, she still feels that incredible thrill of performing for the audiences of SW Wisconsin.  She has had roles in Let’s Murder Marsha, Subject to Change, Blythe Spirit, Steel Magnolias, Love Bites I, the Alley Stage 24 Hour Play Festivals and most recently Faux Poe. 

Julia Dailey (Mineral Point)

Love Bites II, You Have No Idea

Julia was a Virginia native, after living in NYC and LA she now calls Mineral Point home.” “It’s just a smidge smaller.”  She began acting in the 90s and has performed on Matlock with Andy Griffith, American Gothic with Gary Cole, Empire Records with Liv Tyler and Twilight Man with Tim Matheson.   For Alley Stage, Julia performed the title role in My Antonia.  She also performed in An Evening with Edgar Allan Poe, and Love Bites II.  Julia is the proprietor of Atomic Ice on High Street in Mineral Point.

Keith Huie (Mineral Point)

Keith moved to Wisconsin from San Diego in 1989. Since arriving, he has performed with several improv groups in Madison including: Comedy Sportz, The Premise and Atlas Improv. The father of four and grandfather of five has written and illustrated five books for children and has shown his paintings regionally since 2000. His work can be seen locally at Longbranch Gallery in Mineral Point.

Keith's iconic artwork can be seen on Alley Stage's 2010 posters and programs.

Peter Kubicki (Madison)

Peter moved to Madison in 2007 and absolutely loves it.  He has been acting for two years, performing in The Wiz, Metamorphoses, Home is Where the Cardboard Lies and Comedy of Errors, all at Edgewood College.  He has learned a great deal about acting from his instructors and other students and plans on continuing to grow in and refine his skills.  He is a personal trainer and volunteers at HospiceCare.

Doug Mackie, (Platteville)

Doug has a BS in Art from the University of Oregon, an MFA in Dance from UW-Milwaukee and a professional career in Ballet, Theater & Musical Theater. For Alley Stage, Doug directed & performed in the premiere of Class, and he directed The 385 Pound Smoker.  Last summer, he appeared in the one-man show, Red-Moon Rising in the East.  Doug is a frequent performer, director and choreographer for theatre companies from Madison to Dubuque.

Victoria Mecozzi (Dodgeville)

Love Bites II, You Have No Idea

Victoria has appeared on stage many times for the Shake Rag Players of Mineral Point and the River Valley Payers of Spring Green.  Victoria has been with Alley Stage since since 2007 performing in Last Days of a Translator, The 385 Pound Smoker, Rose Colored Glass, Love Bites and Love Bites II.  She made her directing debut with Faux Poe.  She is also a singer/songwriter/musician with a  a popular CD, Swing Me.  You can also find Victoria yodeling while accompanied by her band, The Wooden Nickel Orchestra.

Sam Murn (Mineral Point)

Love Bites II

Sam has been performing in the Mineral Point area for over 10 years.  Favorite roles include Charlie in The Foreigner, Candy in Of Mice and Men and Micky Gorski in Greetings.  In 2008 at UW-Platteville he performed leading roles in Everyman and Glengarry Glen Ross.  For Alley Stage he has appeared in Class, The 385-Pound Smoker, Santaland Diaries, Love Bites, and Love Bites II.

 

Tyler Schott (Madison)

The Front Steps

Tyler is a Junior majoring in Theatre Arts at Edgewood College in Madison.  His favorite roles include Dromio of Ephesus in Comedy of Errors, Captain Keller in The Miracle Worker, Kirit in Shiny Things, and Vertumnus/Narcissus/Silenus in Metamorphoses.  Tyler has worked with Broom Street Theatre, Strollers, Mercury Players,  Inkslingers, Stage Q and most recently as a Production Assistant for Children Theater of Madison.  He dedicates his performance to his parents and his friend Peter. Also he'll like to thank Kenna Hartshorn, for her patience and love.

Grace Schwichtenberg (Spring Green)

Grace is very excited to be making her Alley Stage debut! She has been in several plays with the River Valley Players Theatre in Spring Green, WI. Favorite roles include "Curley's Wife" in Of Mice and Men and "Tessie" in Gypsy. She'd like to thank her friends, family, castmates and director for all their support in this wonderful opportunity.

Gregory Wolf (Galena)

You Have No Idea

Greg Wolf is a professional actor of 17 years and can be seen in feature/independent films, Television, and stage.  Originally from Central Illinois, Greg has a background in Shakespeare and Improvisational Comedy, and has worked with companies across the globe.  He is currently residing in Galena, Illinois and is teaching Acting Classes for all ages and skill levels in different locations throughout the Tri-State area.  He is very excited about the classes and working with local talent, so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE feel free to contact the Alley Theatre for any information!
